these files (with highest end number) will always contain the newest EditableSigns-code - so use at your own risk :)
the files numbers are named like this:
XX/editablesigns-Y.Y.Z.jar
where
XX is the minecraft version,
Y.Y is the version of editable signs,
Z is the build number of editable signs.
