1) if I wanted to change options after a game started e.g. auto-disable coins on military buildings, sea attacks settings, ship
speed etc. is there any chance to do that? even by editing a savegame

2) whenever I start a new game I have to pick again my options, how could I set my choices as default?

1) It's currently not possible and there is no savegame editor

2) Thats be design, if you go to the game options (before starting a game) and change the settings there, those will be the new "default" for your games
