Sorry, i don't speak german so....
I'll do my best to describe the issue :

We are playing through Hamachi network, it is working with some people, but not with other people.

When one of my buddy is trying to join my game, it's written in the console :

SERVER: Receiving Message for player 1 failed, kick it like Beckham!
Sending Message to server failed

We checked everything :
1/ "run as administrator"
2/ disable firewall
3/ make a hole in the router for port.

Trying to use forcebindip script (but is not working)

Can you help us please?
We are using the same version.

Does this also happen when you play via internet-lobby?
Do other games work with those players?

I have no idea what a forcebindip script also never heard of it.

I never tried via internet lobby...
I am experiencing this problem with another buddy too, but not with a third one.

We found a temporary solution by launching the game twice, i really don't know how this happen.

Can everybody ping each other in Hamachi network?

Hamachi stopped working for me years ago. As K4T already said, I recommend playing via the Internet Lobby. All you have to do is
forward TCP port 3665 to your computer. Check your routers manual if you don't know how to forward ports.
