Board Other Settlers General Launcher problem

Hello guys I have problem to start RTTR. S2 Gold installed, GFX/DATA copied. Starting s25client and launcher starts. Launcher graphics loading, cmd line stops at "Starting Sound-Conventer..." and nothing happen. Have no idea how to fix it. I'm running on windows8 x64 and I got good version of RTTR.

Any ideas ?

could you start rttr from CMD?

navigate to the folder where the s25client.exe is located, type cmd into the adress bar and then type s25client and hit enter. You may
get some messages, copy and paste them here ;)
