Hello I'm trying to get the AI to change his tool priorities but I'm having difficulties with working out the order of the tools. I'm trying to do it with

gcs.push_back(new gc::ChangeTools(tools_settings))

Where tools_settings is a vector, but the order of the tools in this vector doesn't seem to corrospond to anything! I'm trying to work it out by trial and error now but it's proving very frustrating. If anybody could please tell me the order, it would be appreciated.
